New Dice! New Blog!! New Book???

It's been a while, I know, but I've been busy - so this update is gonna be a long one!

As I'm working on major expansions for Packing Heat and even some new games behind the scenes, I've also been working hard on expanding Standing Ready Games and the list of gaming goodies we offer.

The result so far? Well, our temporary slogan says it all really...

WE SELL DICE NOW.

So far we have four sets on offer:

The PACKING HEAT Official Dice Set, with 10 "normal" dice and 2 Injury Table Dice.
Two variants of the ELITE-16 Dice Set, with 10 special colourful dice (Fireball Red and Night Sea Blue)*
The GLOW-16 Dice Set, with 10 Glow in the Dark dice*

*Both of the "generic" dice sets also come with 2 free black-and-white dice, for when your Squad has Special Weapons or you need to roll a D66. In other words, all four sets come with 12 D6!

All these sets are six-sided and 16mm - big enough for clear reading but small enough for big handfuls. As we expand our operations we hope to add more dice to the mix, be that more colours or sizes or shapes - we'll figure it out as we go along!

Other Website Updates

In other news, Standing Ready Games' website has been updated. Aside from the obvious introduction of a new "Dice" aisle, it now has a blog section, where I'll be posting all product updates from now on. Kickstarter and itch.io will still get updates specifically pertaining to PACKING HEAT, though!

Additionally, I've revised some of the shipping fees to account for the smaller parcels the dice orders will come in. They're mostly unchanged, but US customers have cheaper shipping now.

So What's the Status of the Next PACKING HEAT Book?

We're already playtesting it, and we're planning to do a full announcement for it later this month. For now, I'll leave you with this little screengrab from one of our promotional flyers...
