Shipping policy

We always use Royal Mail to deliver physical produtcs.  However, the specific service used and timelines depend on the location we're sending to.  

• United Kingdom (inc. Northern Ireland): Tracked 48, 2-4 business days
• Rest of the World: International Tracked, 5-8 business days.

Note that these are expected timelines - delays are very unlikely but can occur, and in some cases parcels may also arrive earlier than expected.  These timeframes also include the packing and processing your order.

All Orders come with Tracking, so you can easily check on the status of your parcels and ensure they reach you safely.  You can check your parcel's status by visiting https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and entering your parcel's Tracking Number.

International fees, such as Tariffs recently introduced by the US, will be added to your basket automatically alongside your shipping.  In the case of tariffs, these will be paid upon purchase rather than during the customs process to ensure a smoother delivery.
