Refund policy
We at Standing Ready Games want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy for any reason, please reach out as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to help! You also have 14 days from the arrival of your physical goods to request a return.
Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital items and gift cards.
- Personalised physical items.
- Shipping fees.
If there are non-refundable parts of an otherwise refundable bundle (such as the PDF Rulebook in the Packing Heat Starter Bundle), the value of the non-refundable Items will be subtracted from your refund (for instance: the Packing Heat Physical Bundle is normally £35 and the PDF is £10, so your refund in this instance would be £25).
Physical Items
For non-personalised physical items, Standing Ready Games has a 14-day returns period that begins when your Items arrive and ends at Midnight (GMT) on the 14th day. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged to be eligible for a refund.
How to Return Items
Please contact us before sending anything back - just give us an email at ioan@standingready.games with the following:
- The Subject Line "RETURN" plus your Order Number
- The Item(s) you're returning.
- The reason for the return.
We'll review your request and, if approved, provide further instructions on sending us the items back. Once we've receieved the items and approved your refund, your funds will be tranferred to the account you made the original purchase with, which will take around 5 business days depending on your bank.
Damaged and Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item is defective or damaged, or if your received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at ioan@standingready.games, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
While there are no refunds available for Digital Items, if you are experiencing issues accessing them, please contact us as soon as possible.
